d. At the bulletin board of the Office of the Registry of Deeds of Cabanatuan City;

e. At the Barangay hall of Gen. Tinio St. (Quezon Dist), Cabanatuan City;

at least two (2) weeks before the date of hearing.

After the posting of this Order, the Offices concerned are directed to issue a certification as to the date and period of posting thereof.

Let the Administrator of Land Registration Authority (LRA) be furnished a copy of this Order and the Registry of Deeds of Cabanatuan City ordered to comment on the petition on or before September 5, 2007 at 8:30 in the morning, the scheduled date of hearing, particularly with respect to the allegation that the original copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-4268 in the Registry of Deeds of Cabanatuan City is missing and on the necessity of its reconstitution and issuance of third owner's duplicate copy. All interested persons may appear and show cause, if there is any, why the petition should not be granted.
