PASANO, JR., Petitioner ORDER In a verified petition, the petitioner asked the Court to render judgment after due notice and hearing declaring the owner's duplicate copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 53411 of the Office of the Registry of Deeds of Legazpi City lost, and directing the issuance, in lieu thereof, of a new owner's duplicate copy of TCT No. 53411 with like faith and credit as the previous copy. Petitioners claimed that no mortgagee, lessee and/or co-owner's duplicate copy of the certificate of title has been issued by the Register of Deeds of Bulacan and that there is no document presented and pending registration therewith affecting the property. Petitioners also claimed that the owner's duplicate copy of the said certificate of title has not been delivered to any person or financial entity to answer for an obligation.
