referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 2 by old BL concrete monuments; point 3 by old BL marked on stone; points 4, 5, 6, 7, 16, 17, 27, 28, 29, 31, 34 and 35 G.I.S. on crosses on trees; points 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 by trucks on crosses on trees; point 15 by BL cylindrical concrete monument; points 18, 19, 20 by stakes, points 26, 30 and 33 by BLS concrete monuments.
2. That petitioner desires to cause the transfer of title unto her name pursuant to an Extrajudicial Settlement executed by her and her siblings as heirs of the late Ireneo Verzosa and a waiver contained therein in her favor, but the original of the Transfer Certificate of Title supposed to be on file with the Register of Deeds of the Province of Camarines was burned when the Provincial Capitol of Camarines Sur, which then housed the Office of the Provincial Register of Deeds, was razed to the ground on June 26, 1976; Hence the need to reconstitute Transfer Certificate of Title No. 660 in the name of Ireneo Verzosa and thereafter to issue Owners Duplicate Copy thereof, said reconstitution to be based on photocopy of the said certificate of title and approved plan copies of which are now attached to the petition;
Wherefore, finding the Petition to be sufficient in substance and in form, the Initial Hearing thereof is hereby set on December 6, 2011 at 8:30 A.M. at which date, time and place any one with objections to this petition should show cause why the same should not be granted.
Let a copy of this Order be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Official Gazette at the expense of the Petitioner. Let copies of this Order be likewise posted at the main entrance of the Provincial Capitol Bldg. of Camarines Sur, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur, the Municipal Building of Caramoan, Camarines Sur and on the bulletin board of this Court at least 30 days prior to the date of initial hearing aforesaid. Furnish also the Solicitor General, the Provincial Prosecutor of Camarines Sur through his District Office at San Jose, Camarines Sur, the Provincial Register of Deeds of Camarines Sur, the Administrator of the Land Registration Authority, the Petitioner and her counsel and all persons known to have an interest in this case, with a copy each of this Order.

Whereas, a petition was filed with this Court by Virginia Gulapan Apostol, praying for the reconstitution of the original and owner's copy of TCT No. T-92343 issued in the name of Baltazar Lucas by the Register of Deeds of Isabela on the ground that the original copy of said certificate of title was lost at the latter's office as stated in the Certification issued and the owner's duplicate copy of said certificate of title was likewise lost in the possession of the herein petitioner, who is the vendee of the subject land;
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that the petition is set for hearing on December 12, 2011 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning to be held at the session hall of this Court. Any person/persons who may be affected on said petition is/are hereby ordered to appear on said date, time and place and file their opposition thereto if any, against the petition.
Let copies of this Notice of Hearing be posted at the Bulletin Boards of this Court; of the City Hall of Cauayan City, Isabela; of the Provincial Capitol of Ilagan, Isabela; and of the Barangay Hall of District III, Cauayan City, Isabela where the land is located for at least thirty (30) days before the date of hearing and to remain posted thereat until this case has been terminated.

A verified Amended Petition dated August 8, 2010 has been filed with this Court under the provisions of R.A. 26 by Petitioner Cherrie Cruz-Directo for the reconstitution of the Lost Original Copy of OCT No. 02362 alleged to have been destroyed by fire last August 26, 2000 as per Certification issued by the Register of Deeds and the owner's duplicate copy alleged to have been lost, praying the Honorable Court that after due publication and notice, an order be issued directing the Register of Deeds of La Union to reconstitute in favor of the registered owner the Original Certificate of Title No. 0-2362, and further to issue a Second Owner's Duplicate Copy with the same legal effect as that of the lost one.
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that the Amended Notice of Initial Hearing be published at the expense of the Petitioner, twice in successive issues of the Official Gazette, and to be posted at the Bulletin Boards of the City Hall of San Fernando City, La Union at the Bulletin Board of the Justice Hall of San Fernando City, La Union and at the Barangay Hall of Barangay San Vicente, San Fernando City, La Union,

that he found out that the file copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 10165 of the Register of Deeds of Alaminos City, Pangasinan is lost and beyond recovery as certified to by the Acting Branch Register of Deeds, hence this petition for reconstitution; that there are no co-owner's mortgagor's or lessee's duplicate copy that had been issued; that petitioner is willing to publish the notice of this petition and to post said notice to such places as may be required by the Court.
Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the initial hearing be set on February 7, 2012 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning before Regional Trial Court, Branch 55, Alaminos City, Pangasinan at which time, date and place any interested person may appear and show cause why said petition should not be granted.
