This is a verified petition for judicial reconstitution filed by petitioner, praying this Court to issue an order directing the Register of Deeds, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro to reconstitute the original and duplicate copy of OCT No. T-1302 in the name of Leoncio Mabuti situated at Pambisan Munti, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro with an area of Two Hundred Twenty Three Thousand and Three Hundred Eighty Two (223,382) square meters, more or less, as the original copy of said title was among those destroyed by reason of the fire that completely razed the Capitol Building then housing the Office of the Register of Deeds on August 12, 1977 while

This is a verified petition for judicial reconstitution filed by petitioner, praying this Court to issue an order directing the Register of Deeds, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro to reconstitute the original and duplicate copy of TCT No. T-20803 in the name of Ciriaca Maranan situated at Papandungin, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro with an area of Fifty Five Thousand and Eight (55,008) square meters, more or less, as the original copy of said title was among those destroyed by reason of the fire that completely razed the Capitol Building then housing the Office of the Register of Deeds on August 12, 1977 while the owner's duplicate copy was lost in the possession of the herein petitioner.

It is further alleged that the land covered by title No. T-20803 is bounded on the North, by the properties of Simplicio Manalo and Simeon Antig, both of Papandungin, Gloria, Or. Mindoro and Rolando Avelino of Lucio Laurel, Gloria, Or. Mindoro; on the South, by the properties of Mamerto Virtucio and Miguel Largo, both of Lucio Laurel, Gloria, Or. Mindoro; on the East by the property of Amelia Atienza, Malayong, Gloria, Or. Mindoro and on the West by the properties of Crisostomo Inao, Jr. and Amelita Sadicon, both of Malayong, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro.

Philippines, where she may be served with court processes; that the petitioner is one of the surviving legitimate grandchildren and legal heirs of the deceased Mudjahirin Moro, registered owner of a parcel of land, Lot No. 332, Cad. 159, Panamao, Cadastre, located at Pugad Manaul, Bulangsi Panamao, Sulu, and embraced in and covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 3769, Registry of Deeds of Sulu, in the name of Mudjahirin Moro, and more particularly described as follows:

"A parcel of land (Lot 332) of Cad. 159, situated in Pugad Manaul, Bulangis, Panamao. Bounded on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 331, on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 330, on the NW., along line 5-6 by Lot 333, along line 6-9 by Lot 357, on the North along line 9-1 by Lot 359, along line 1-2 by Lot 358, all of Cad. 159, all Panamao Cadastre, containing an area of Eight Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen (868,314) sq. meters.

That the names and addresses, of the boundary are as follows: SE., by Lot 331 (Mandarasa); SW., by Lot 330 (Mahali); NW - by Lot 333 (Abdon) and by lot 357 (Pusong); North- by Lot 359 (Ampil), and by Lot 358 (Usama); that the original copy of OCT No. 3769 in the custody of the Office of the Registry of Deeds of Sulu was burned/destroyed when the said Office was razed by fire entailed by the MNLF siege of the town of Jolo on February 7, 1974; that the Owner's Duplicate Certificate of OCT No.3769, covering the same parcel of land subject of this proceeding was also lost from where OCT No. 3769 can be reconstituted pursuant to Sec. 2(a), Republic Act No. 26, an Act providing for special procedure for the reconstitution of Torrens Certificate of Title lost or destroyed.

Wherefore, finding the petition to be in due form and substance. Let the hearing of this petition be set on December 15, 2011, at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Session Hall of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 3-Jolo, Sulu Hall of Justice Bldg., Jolo, Sulu, at which date, time and place. Any person or persons having interest on the said petition may appear and show cause why the said petition should not be granted.

Let Notice of Hearing in this case be published in the Official Gazette at the expense of the petitioner once a week for two (2) consecutive issues and/or newspaper of general circulation for two consecutive weeks, and the same be posted together with this order in the Bulletin Board of this Court, and other conspicuous places required by law for the information of all concerned.

The Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Clerk of Court is hereby directed to furnish a copy of this Order together with a copy of the petition to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City; the Land Registration Authority, Diliman, Quezon City; the Land Management Bureau, DENR-ARMM, Cotabato City, the PENRO, Jolo, Sulu, the Provincial Prosecutor of Sulu, and the Register of Deeds of Sulu.
