Subscription rates are for issues of the current year and the year immediately preceding. All other prior issues can be purchased as back numbers.

Subscriptions are payable strictly in advance by certified check, manager's/cashier's check, official check, draft, PPC Postal Money Order, or cash in Philippine or United States currency and remitted to the National Printing Office by registered mail. Personal checks are not accepted in payment for subscription or publication fee.

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 29 JUNE 2011, AS A
SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE
CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF
SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 29 June 2011, marks the Culmination Program of the Environment Month and the Tree Growing Festival in the City of Koronadal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 29 June 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14

Upon the recommendation of the Department of Science and Technology and the PAG-ASA and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by heavy rains, work in government offices in the National Capital Region is hereby suspended today, 24 June 2011 from 1:00 p.m. onwards.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital public services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
