III. La existencia en caja nunca deberá ba jar en cada Banco de la mitad del monto de sus billetes en circulación, unido al importe de los depósitos reembolsables á la vista 6 con un aviso previo de tres días 6 menos; IV. Ningún Banco podrá ser autorizado á emitir billetes por una cantidad mayor del triple de su capital exhibido.
