ORDER This is a verified petition for reconstitution and issuance of second copy dated November 15, 2007, filed by the petitioner, Arline Trinidad Europa, alleging among others, that: petitioner is of legal age, Filipino, married to Samuel Q. Europa, and postal address at 25 Emerald St., Rockville Village Subdivision, Novaliches, Quezon City; that the petitioner, together with her father Dominador R. Trinidad, is the lawful owner of a parcel of land situated at Bantog, San Miguel, Bulacan by virtue of a document "Deed of Sale" dated December 18, 2006 and covered by Tranfer Certificate of Title No. T-214168; that the location, area and boundaries of the lot are as follows: That the blue print and technical description of the subject parcel of land are attached in the record of this case; that the original copy of said certificate of title on file with the Registry of Deeds of Bulacan was lost and/or destroyed during the fire on March 7, 1987 in the office of the Registry of Deeds of Bulacan; that the owner's copy of the said certification of title was likewise lost and all effort to locate the same proved futile, xerox copy of the "Affidavit of lost" executed by the petitioner; that no coowner's, mortgagee's or leesee's duplicate had been issued, the same had been lost or destroyed; that the name and addresses of the adjoining properties, as well as the other person who may or might have interest in the property covered by the afore |
