Dividing and Inclofing certain Open and Com- HEREAS there are lying and being within the Preamble. Parish of Wootton, in the County of Oxford, certain large open and common Fields, commonable Lands, and wafte Grounds, which confift of, and are reputed to contain together Forty Yard Lands, or thereabouts and several other Pieces and Parcels not diftinguished by the Name of Yard Lands. And whereas the Warden and Fellows of St. Mary Winton College, commonly called New College, in Oxford, are seised of and in the perpetual Advowfon, Right of Patronage, and Presentation of, in and to the Rectory, of the Parish of Wootton aforesaid, and the Rev.
