all the Inhabitants and Occupiers of Lands in the Parish aforefaid, in fuch Manner as other the Roads and Ways in the Parish aforefaid were repaired and kept in Repair before the paffing of this Act, and as by the Laws of the Realm the fame ought to be repaired and kept: And it shall not be lawful for any Perfon or Perions after the making fuch new Roads or Ways, to use any Road or Ways either publick or private, over the faid New Inclosures on Foot, or with Horfes, Cattle, or Carriages, other than fuch Roads and Ways as fhall be ascertained, fet out, and appointed as aforesaid. Provided always, That all and each of the Proprietors of the New Gates to Inclosures intended to be made in Pursuance of this Act, fhall have full Power and Liberty at all Times after the said Award shall be made and Roads. executed as aforesaid, to erect or fet up any Gate or Gates, cros any Part or Parts of the faid Roads to be made through or against his, her, or their own Lands, (not being Turnpike-Roads) for keeping out Sheep and Cattle, and to prevent their destroying any Banks, Woods, Plants, Quickfets, or Fences, which shall be made or planted for inclofing, fencing, or improving any Part or Parcel of the faid New Inclofures, in Purfuance of this Act; and also to erect, fet, or fix up, Pofts, Rails, or other dead Fences, on the Outfide of the Ditches which shall belong to their refpective Allotments, not exceeding three Feet from fuch Ditches, for the Preservation of their Quickfet Hedges, and fuch Posts, Rails, or other dead Fences, to remove or take away to their own Ufes, any Thing herein contained to the contrary thereof notwithstanding, doing no wilful Hurt or Damage to ftanding Corn or growing Grafs.

And whereas Fuel is very fcarce and dear in the Parish of Allot Wootton, and the Poor having no Wood or Furze of Common-right, are greatly diftreffed:

Be it therefore further Enacted, That it shall and may be lawful to and for the faid Commiffioners and their Succeffors, or any Three or more of them; and they are hereby required in the firft Place, to allot and appoint to and for the Rectors of the Parishes of Wootton, Bladon, and Tackley, for the Time being, and their Succeffors, any Parcel or Parcels of Land, Part of the Lands fo intended to be inclosed by this Act; which Land, when fet out, fhall be of the full and clear annual Value of Six Pounds, over and above all Taxes and other Outgoings, and fhall ever after be called the Poor's Land; and the Rents and Profits thereof shall from Time to Time, and at all Times for ever after, be had, received and taken, by the Rector of Wootton aforefaid,Tand his?
