Be it therefore further Enacted, by the Authority aforefaid, That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid John Banks and his Succeffors, Rectors of the said Parish of Wootton, to charge all cand every the Lands and Grounds which fhall be affigned and allotted for and in lieu of the Glebe Lands and Tythes belonging to the Rectory of Wootton aforefaid, with any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding Fifteen Hundred Pounds, to be paid to fuch Perfon or Perfons as the faid Commiffioners, or any Three or more of them, fhall for that Purpose nominate and appoint, in order to be applied or difpofed of for the Purpose before-mentioned, and for fecuring the Re-payment: of the faid Sum of Fifteen Hundred Pounds, with Intereft not exceed 1 ing Four Pounds per Centum per Annum, to grant, mortgage, leafe, or demise the Lands and Grounds fo to be charged unto the faid Warden and Fellows, and their Succeffors, or unto fuch other Perfon or Perfons who fhall advance and lend the fame for any Term or Number of Years, fo as every fuch Grant or Demife be made with a Pro vilo to ceafe and be void, or with an exprefs Truft sto be furrendered when fuch Sum or Sums of Money thereby fecured, with the Interest thereof, fhall be fully fatisfied and paid; and foasmin every fuch Grant and Demise there be contained a Covenant to pay and keep down the Interest of the faid Money to be thereby fecured sin fuch Manner, that no Perfon afterwards becoming poffeffed of such Lands 01 1900 and Grounds, shall be subject or liable to pay any further or larger Arrear of Intereft then for One Year preceding the Time when the Title of fuch Poffeffion fhall accrue and commence, and fo that in every fuch Grant or Demise there be alfo contained a Covenantoto 2 pay off and discharge by annual Payments One Thirtieth Parts of 3 the Principal, fo as aforefaid to be advanced by the faid Warden and Scholars, or fuch other Perfon or Perfons who fhall advance and lendi the fame, until the Whole of fuch principal Money hall by fuch and nual Payments and Installments be paid off and discharged. bomu ne

Provided always, and it is hereby Enacted and Declared, ⠀ That all and every the Hedges, Ditches, and Fences, which in purfuance of this Act shall be directed to be made, for inclofing the Lands and Grounds which shall be allotted in lieu of the Tithes now belonging to the faid Rectory, in the Parish of Wootton, fhall be made, and afterwards maintained, during the Term of Seven Years, by and at the cofts and charges of the Proprietors of Lands and Grounds within the said Parish, in fuch Shares and Proportions as the faid Commiffioners, bor their Succeffors, or any Three or more of them, fhall award, order, and direct and that from and after the Expiration of the faid Term of Seven Years, the faid laft-mentioned Hedges, Ditches and Fences, or fuch part thereof as fhall be awarded to the Laid Rector and his Succeffors, fhall be maintained and supported, by and at the Expence of the faid Rector and his Succeffors as aforefaid. basul dori te botisho; gabroosi

IT And be it further Enacted, by the Authority aforefaid, That for Power to the more convenient Situation and Difpofition of the feveral Farms exchange. and Lands, within the Fields, Liberties, Territories, or Tithings of 1 Wootton aforesaid, upon the faid intended Divifion it fhall be lawnmo ful, as well to and for all or any of the faid Proprietors or Owners of Lands or Grounds fo to be divided and inclofed, and all and every other the Proprietors of Meffuages, Lands, or Tenements within the Parish of Wootton, being Tenants for Life, or in Tail only, or for Years determinable on one or more Life or Lives, or ifeifed of any greater Eftate therein; as alfo to and for the Hufbands, Guardians, Trustees, or Committees, or Perfons acting as Guardians or Trustees, in behalf of any of the Proprietors or Owners aforefaid, being under any legal Difability,and to and for every of them, for the Time being, to exchange all or any of his, her, or their Meffuages, Lands, or Tenements, old Inclofures, or other Lands and Grounds within the faid Fields, Liberties, Territories, Precincts, or Tithings, in the faid Parish of Wootton aforefaid, for any other Meffuages, Tenements, old Inclofures, or other Lands and Grounds lying within any Part of the Fields, Liberties, or Territories, Precincts or Tithings, in the faid Parish of Wootton, fo as all and every fuch Exchange or Exchanges be m made by and with the Confent and Approbation of the faid Commiffioners, or any Three or more of them to be teftified, afcertained, and declared in the Award or Inftrument fo directed to be made and executed as aforefaid, or some other Act, Deed, or Inftrument to be inrolled as aforefaid; and that then, and from thenceKAR

And it is hereby further Enacted, further Enated, That it fhall and may be law ful for the faid Commiffioners or any Three or more of them, at be void any Time or Times after the paffing of this Act, and as foon afters as they shall fee Occafion for the doing thereof, by a Notice or WG Notices in Writing under their Hands, to be affixed on one of the Church Doors of Wootton aforefaid, to vacate and determine all Leafes of, or other Agreements for the holding, for any Term or Time, t any of the Lands hereby directed to be inclofed, at Rack Rent or Rack Rents; and from and after fuch Notice being given, all fuch Leafes, and Agreements fhall ceafe, and be totally extinguished: And upon fuch Extinguishments, or vacating fuch Leafes or Agreements as aforefaid, the faid Commiffioners, or their Succeffors, or any Three or more of them, are hereby required and impowered, at the Request of any or either of the Proprietors of fuch Lands, or their respective Tenant or Tenants, to adjudge, apportion, and direct what Sum or Sums of Money, Rent, or Rents, fhall be paid by the Tenant, or Tenants of fuch Lands, to the Leffors or Landlords thereof refpec tively, for the Ufe and Occupation of fuch Lands from the proceeding Day on which the Rent of fuch Land was referved to be paid down, to the Day of vacating fuch Leafes or Agreements as aforefaid; and alfo what Sum or Sums of Money fhall be paid by the Leffors, or Landlords of fuch Lands refpectively, and the Time when the fame fhall be paid, as a Compenfation to fuch Tenant or Tenants, for the vacating fuch Leafes or Agreements refpectively, in manner as aforefaid: And the faid Parties are hereby refpectively required and directed to pay fuch Monies to fuch Perfons, and at fuch Times as the faid Commiffioners, or their Succeffors, or any Three or more of them fhall, by a Notice in Writing, under their Hands, to be affixed to one of the Church Doors of Wootton! aforefaid, direct or appoint the fame to be paid. 970 dor.

Perfon having or claiming any Jointure, Dower, Portion, Debt, or Incumbrance, out of, upon, or affecting any of the Lands, Grounds, and Premiffes fo intended to be divided or inclofed, or which fhall be exchanged in Pursuance of this Act, or any Part thereof refpec tively, but that the feveral Lands, Grounds, and Premiffes, to be affigned and allotted upon fuch Inclofure and Divifion, to the feve ral Parties, concerned, and their Trustees refpectively, and which fhall be taken in Exchange in pursuance of this Act, thall immedi ately after fuch Allotments and Exchanges, be, remain, and enure;) and the feveral Perfons to whom the fame fhall be affigned and al lotted, and who fhall take the fame in Exchange as aforefaid, fhall from thenceforth ftand and be feifed thereof, to, for, and upon fuch and the fame Ufes, Trufts, and Eftates, to fuch, and the fame Wills, Settlements and Limitations, Remainders, Leafes, (except as before
