§ 11. § 12. PROVIDED always, That nothing in this Act contained fhall extend to exempt the Veffels or Boats employed in the faid Fisheries, from the Payment of fuch Harbour or Pier Dues as are, and by the Law ought to be demanded for Ships, Veffels, or Boats, in Piers or Harbours which are built or artificially made; but that fuch Harbour or Pier Dues fhall be paid, in like Manner as the fame were liable to be paid before the paffing of this Act.
