never quite got off the ground. The Federal Power Commission will soon be discontinuing its Digest, containing up-to-date readable pieces on developments in the utilities field. The Federal Trade Commission's procedural advisory committee was devoid of consumer represenatives. The Interstate Commerce Commission suggested rules under the aegis of consumer involvement but then omitted reference to such involvement in the actual rules.

I am sure that these responses will be of great public interest, and I am requesting that they be published as a committee print.
