THIS TITLE

Title 7-AGRICULTURE is composed of fifteen volumes. The parts in these volumes are arranged in the following order: Parts 0-52, Parts 53-209, Parts 210699, Parts 700-899, Parts 900-944, Parts 945-980, Parts 981-999, Parts 1000-1059, Parts 1060-1119, Parts 1120-1199, Parts 1200-1499, Part 1500-2799, Parts 28002851, Part 2852, and Parts 2853-end. The contents of these volumes represent all current regulations codified under this title of the CFR as of January 1, 1979.

An alphabetical list of U.S. standards for grades of processed fruits, vegetables and certain other products appears in the Finding Aids section of the volume containing Part 2852.

The Food and Nutrition Service current regulations in the volume containing Parts 210-699, include the Child Nutrition Programs and the Food Stamp Program. This volume also contains regulations of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation, and includes a list of counties and crops eligible for insurance as appendices to § 401.101.

All marketing agreements and orders for fruits, vegetables and nuts appear in the three volumes containing Parts 900-999. All marketing agreements and orders for milk appear in the three volumes containing Parts 1000-1199. Part 900-General Regulations is carried as a note in each of the five volumes containing Parts 945-1199, and Part 1000-General Provisions of Federal Milk Marketing Orders is carried as a note in each of the two volumes containing Parts 1060-1199, as a convenience to the user.

Redesignation tables are also carried in the Finding Aids section in each of the nine volumes containing Parts 945-end.

The Code of Federal Regulations is published under the editorial direction of Martha B. Girard, assisted by Pearl Einhorn. For this volume, Ann-Louise G. Gates was Chief Editor and Kerry M. Ward, Associate Editor.
