September 30, 1977. Section 714 of this Act, and all authority conferred thereunder, shall terminante at the close of July 31, 1953. Section 104, title II, and title VI of this Act, and all authority conferred thereunder, shall terminate at the close of June 30, 1953. Title IV and V of this Act, and all authority conferred thereunder, shall terminate at the close of April 30, 1953.
