39. An act to enable dame Jane Trafford, widow and relict of fir Clement Trafford knight, deceased, to take and ufe the furname of Southwell, purfuant to the will of Edward Sauthwell efquire, deceased.

Airfome, in the faid north riding of the faid county of York; and for fettling and limiting the intirety of the faid manor and manfion house, and of the specifick meffuages, farms, lands, and hereditaments, which, upon such partition and divifion, were allotted to each of them, to the feveral uses therein mentioned, and for other purposes.

42. An act for vefting the settled eftates of William Dicconfon efquire, and Meliora his wife, and Edward Dicconfon efquire, in the county of Lincoln, and at Wigan, Penwortham, Coppul, Charnock, Richard, Crofton, Worthington, Burfcough, and Dalton, in Furness, in the county of Lançafter, in truftees, upon truff, to raise money by fale or mortgage thereof, and to apply the money so to be raised, in the purchase of an estate at Parbold, in the faid county of Lancaster, to be fettled to the ufes of the settled estates.

43. An act for vefting the fettled eftate of Samuel Clowes the younger, efquire, in the county of Lancaster, in himself, in fee fimple, and for fettling an eftate of greater value, in the same county, in lieu thereof, and in exchange for the fame; and for enabling the faid Samuel Clowes to grant building leafes of the eftate hereby fettled.

44. An act for amending and rendering effectual the power of fale contained in the marriage fettlement of fir Jacob Wolff baronet, and dame Anne, his wife, so far as such power relates to, or extends over, the manor of Chumleigh, and divers meffuages, lands, and hereditaments, in the counties of Devon and Southampton, which have been settled to the uses therein limited.'

45. An act to impower Charles Pierrepont efquire, and his iffue male, and also the several tenants for life under the will of the duke of Kingslon, and their respective iffue male, to grant building leafes.

46. An act for vefting part of the eftates late of fir Charles Sheffield baronet, deceased, and devifed by his will in ftrict fettlement, in trustees to be fold, and for laying out the money arifing by the fale thereof in the purchase of other eftates more contiguous to the bulk of the family eftate of the faid fir Charles Sheffield, in the county of Lincoln, to be fettled to the fame uses.

47. An act for effectuating and establishing an exchange agreed upon between the trustees of Wilde's charity and Robert Sparrow efquire, and Mary Bence fpinfter, of certain estates in the county of Suffolk.
