XV. And it is hereby further enacted, That fuch Certificate as aforefaid fhall, by the Proprietor or Proprietors of fuch Tobacco, Tobacco Stalks, and Snuff, before the fame be fhipped or laden on Board any Ship or Veffel for the Purposes aforefaid, be delivered to the Mafter, or other Perfon or Perfons taking Charge of any Ship or Veffel, Ships or Veffels, on Board which fuch Tobacco, Tobacco Stalks, or Snuff, fhall be fhipped or laden, in order to be removed and carried by Water as aforefaid; which Certificate the Mafter or other Person or Perfons taking Charge of any fuch Ship or Veffel, Ships or Veffels, on Board which any fuch Tobacco, Tobacco Stalks, or Snuff, fhall be laden as aforefaid, fhall immediately after his or their Arrival in any Port or Place in Great Britain with fuch Goods on Board, deliver to the Collector or other Chief Officer at fuch Port or Place, who is hereby directed and required to cause fuch Goods to be examined by the said Certificate, to fee that they agree therewith; and if upon fuch Examination it to the Officer fhall be found, that fuch Goods agree appointed by with the Certificate in all Refpects, then the Treafury. fuch Certificate fhall be tranfmitted by

XVI. And it is hereby further enacted, Tobacco, &e. That if any Tobacco, Tobacco Stalks, fhipt without or Snuff fhall, from and after the faid fuch CertiTwenty ninth Day of September, One ficate, thousand seven hundred and fifty one, be found laden on Board any Ship or Veffel whatsoever, at any Port of Place in Great Britain, without fuch Certificate as aforefaid being first had and obtained, or without fuch Certificate being on Board any fuch Ship or Veffel with the Goods to which the fame belongs;

or if upon Examination it fhall appear or with a forg that fuch Certificate is forged or coun- ed one, &c. terfeited, or that it does not agree in all Refpects with the Goods to which the
