This office is legal counsel to Donald R. Sanders, a Laborers' Local 1184 business agent.

You have been served as a defendant in a suit against you by Don Sanders in connection with an assault and battery, and we are co-counsel on that case. Sanders advises us that yesterday, he was followed by an employee of yours named Villareal, and that he also saw Villareal driving near his, Sanders', home last night. In addition, this morning Villareal and another employee of yours followed Sanders by automobile and appeared to be taking pictures of him.

The purpose of this letter is to caution you that all of this information shall be presented to the jury in the pending suit, to show that you and your employees are engaged in a course of harassment of Sanders, as evidence of bad faith and malice. You should consult with your attorney on these matters because if they continue, we shal use them not only in the pending suit but as a basis for an independent suit as well.
