FORM of a WARRANT for a WATER BAILIFF.

I, A. B., [or, We, A. B. and C. D., as the case may be,] of

To continue an Act for carrying into effect a Convention
between Her Majesty and the King of the French, relative

to the Fisheries on the Coast of the British Islands and of
France.

HEREAS an Act was passed in the second and third years Preamble:

W of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled, " An Act to 2 & 3 Vict.

authorize Her Majesty, until Six Months after the Commencement of the next Session of Parliament, to carry into effect a Convention between Her Majesty and the King of the French, relative to the Fisheries on the Coasts of the British Islands and of France:"

And whereas the said Act was further continued by an Act passed in the last Session of Parliament:

And whereas it is expedient that the said Act should be further 10 continued ;

BE it therefore Enacted, by The QUEEN's most Excellent MAJESTY, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, THAT the said 15 recited Act, and all the powers, provisions, matters and things therein contained, shall continue in force until the First day of August One thousand eight hundred and Forty-three.
