8. Petitioner is qualified for admission to Philippine citizenship under the provision of Commonwealth Act No. 473. She is able to speak and write English; she is not less than twentyone (21) years of age on the day of the hearing and has resided in the Philippines for a continuous period of not less than ten (10) years. Petitioner has resided at H. Cortes Street, Mandaue City from 1995 until 2004. She then transferred to 30 King's Road South, Doña Rita Village, Talamban, Cebu City from, the year 2004 up to the present. To show that she is presently residing in the aforementioned address, a Certification from the Office of the Barangay Captain of Barangay Talamban, Cebu City is hereto attached as ANNEX "F" and made an integral part hereof;

9. Petitioner is of good moral character and believes in the principles underlying the Philippine Constitution. She has conducted herself in a proper and irreproachable manner during the entire period of her residence in the Philippines in relation with constituted government as well as with the community in which she is living. She mingled socially with the Filipinos and has evinced a sincere desire to learn and embrace the customs, traditions, and ideals of Filipinos;

petitioner has all the qualifications under Section 2 of Commonwealth Act No. 473 and none of the disqualifications provided under Section 4 thereof. She is not opposed to organized government or affiliated with any association for group of persons who uphold and

teach doctrines opposing all organized governments. She is not defending or teaching the necessity or propriety of violence, personal assault, or assassination for the success and predominance of ideas. She is not polygamist or a believer in the practice of polygamy. She does not been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude. She does have any case, whether civil or criminal, pending before ant courts of justice. she is not suffering from mental alienation or incurable contagious disease. the nation of which she is a citizen or subject is not a war with the Philippines. Attached hereto are copies of the certifications from the Office of the Clerk of Court of Municipal Trial Court in Cities and Regional Trial Court both of Cebu City, Clearance issued by the Philippine National Police, Clearance issued by the National Buruea of Investigation, Medical Certificate issued by Renato D. Obra, MD, DPBP, DPPA, MM (IHSM) as ANNEX "G", "H", "I", "J" and "K", respectively;

11. It is the petitioner's bona fide intention to become a citizen of the Philippines and fidelity to my foreign prince, potentate, state of sovereignty, and particularly to Taiwan of which at this time, she is a citizen or subject. She will constinuously reside in the Philippines from the date of the filing of this Petition up to the time of her admission to Philippine citizenship;

12. Petitioner has not heretofore filed any petition for naturalization in any other court;

13. Petitioner intends to introduce as witness in the hearing of the instant Petition the following Filipinos:

4. Should I thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been filed or is pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any other tribunal or agency, I undertake to report that fact to this Honorable Board within five (5) days therefrom.

PETITION FOR NATURALIZATION

Petitioner Yang Yun-Chia (also known as Nina Yang), through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. In compliance with Section 5 of Commonwealth Act No. 473, Petitioner has made a declaration of her bona fide intention to become a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines and filed the same with the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) on March 01, 2012. The original copy of the Declaration of Intention duly stamped "received" by the OSG is hereto attached as Annex "A" and made an integral part hereof;

2. Petitioner's full name is YANG YUNCHIA, also known as NINA YANG. She is presently residing at No. 30 King's Road South, Doña Rita Village, Talamban, Cebu City. Her last foreign residence was Taiwan;

3. Petitioner is single and is twenty-five (25) years old at the time of filing of the instant case, being born on March 15, 1988 in Taiwan. The country to which she last held allegiance to is Taiwan. Attached as Annex "B" herewith are Petitioner's two (2) passport photos and made an integral part hereof;

4. In April 18, 2010, the Petitioner graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology in Velez College. In the said school, she learned about the Philippine History/Government and Constitution and the Life and Works of Rizal as part of their curriculum. Attached hereto is the Official Transcript of Records of the Petitioner from the Velez College marked as Annex "C" and made an integral part hereof;

5. In her pursuit to have a profession that will allow her to better serve the Filipinos, she enrolled in the Cebu

Institute of Medicine to take up Medicine;

6. Petitioner entered the Philippines on or about the 15th day of May 1995. She arrived at the Mactan Cebu International Airport via flight number PR897 as shown by a certification issued by the Bureau of Immigration dated 20 December 2011, Copy of the above-mentioned certification is hereto attached as Annex "D" and made an integral part hereof;

7. Petitioner is a bona fide holder of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) No. F0000160916 issued by the Bureau of Immigration on 23 January 2013 and valid until 15 June 2013. Photocopy of petitioner's ACR Card is likewise attached hereto as Annex "E" and made an integral part hereof;

prince, potentate, state of sovereignty, and particularly to Taiwan of which at this time, she is a citizen or subject. She will continuously reside in the Philippines from the date of the filing of this Petition up to the time of her admission to the Philippine citizenship;

12. Petitioner has not heretofore filed any petition for naturalization in any other court;

13. Petitioner intends to introduce as witnesses in the hearing of the instant Petition the following Filipinos:

a. CARLITO S. NIALA who resides at 090 Labogon Road, Basak, Mandaue City, Cebu and

b. RUTH C. NIALA who resides at 090 Labogon Road, Basak, Mandaue City, Cebu

The Judicial Affidavits of the above witnesses in support of the instant petition are attached hereto Annexes "L" & "M" and made integral parts hereof;
