Includes laws regarding trade regulation, roads, militia, livestock, courts, appointment of governors, Indians, negroes, civil and religious freedom, Quakers, taxes, war, land grants, liquor sales, freeholders, legislature, privileges and rights and individuals, and more. The capital laws covered state that adultery, rape witchcraft and conspiracy all were punishable by death. With an index for East Jersey and an index for West Jersey.
