13. Based on the record and certification issued by the City Assessor of Quezon City, which copy is hereto attached as Annex H, the property is adjoined by the following, to wit:

Now therefore, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, that the Corporation be authorized as it is hereby authorized to appoint and constitute Jacqueline L. Francisco and Florencio A. b. To sign, execute and subscribe verification and certification against forum shopping or such other certifications, affidavits, sworn statements and such other forms required in an initiatory or responsive pleadings;

c. To enter into stipulation of facts or documents and to submit such action to mediation, arbitration and other modes of alternative dispute resolution;

d. To testify for and in behalf of the Corporation on matters of their competence as determined under the Rules of Court;

e. In general, to perform all acts and deeds necessary for the prosecution, defense and compromise of all action
