AT a General Meeting of the PERCY SOCIETY, held in the Rooms of the Royal Society of Literature, on Thursday the 1st of May, 1845,—— The RIGHT HON. LORD BRAYBROOKE, President, in the Chair, The business of the day having been opened with an address by the President, The Secretary read the Report of the Council, dated the 1st of May, whereupon it was Resolved-That the Report be received and adopted, and the thanks of the Society be given to the Council for their services. The Report of the Auditors, dated the 28th of April, was read by the Secretary, whereupon it was Resolved-That the Report of the Auditors be received and adopted, and that the thanks of the Society be given them for their services.
