Persons not members may take books out of the Library on the same conditions as members, by paying in advance twelve dollars for one year, six dollars for six months, or four dollars for three months, commencing at any period. When, however, the books so taken out exceed in value the unexpired part of the subscription, a deposit of double the excess shall be made. |
