fons to whom the Title of Baron Nelfon of the Nile, and of Burnham Thorpe in the County of Norfolk, fhall defeend, in Confideration of the eminent Service performed . by the faid Horatio Nelfon Lord Nelfon, to His Majefty and the Publick. Page i a. An Act for continuing and granting to His Majefty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder, and Perry, for the Service of the Year one thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine. Ibid.

3. An Act for continuing and granting to His Majefty a Duty on Penfions, Offices, and Perfonal Eftates, in England, Wales, and the Town of Berwick upon Tweed; and certain Duties on Sugar, Malt, Tobacco, and Snuff, for the Service of the Year one thousand feven hundred and ninety-nine.

An Act further to continue, until the Expiration of fix Weeks after the Commencement of the next Seffion of Parliament, an Act, palled in the Seffion of Parliament holden in the thirty-fixth and thirty-feventh Years of His prefent Majefty, Chapter Seventy, videlicet, on the fixth Day of June one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-feven, for the better Prevention and Punishment of Attempts to feduce Perfons ferving in His Majesty's Forces, by Sea or 39 GEO. III.

Land, from their Duty and Allegiance to His Majefty, or to incite them to Mutiny or Disobedience.

An Act to continue, until the Expiration of one Month after the Commencement of the next Seffion of Parlia ment, an Act, paffed in the laft Seflion of Parliament, Chapter Sixty-fix, videlicet, on the twenty-firft Day of June one thousand feven hundred and ninety-eight, intituled, An Act for empowering His Majefty for a Time and to an Extent to be limited, to accept the Services of fuch Parts of His Militia Forces in this Kingdom as may voluntarily offer themselves to be employed in Ireland.

An Act to enlarge the Time limited for the Redemption of the Land Tax; and to explain and amend an Act, made in the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Act for making perpetual, fubject to Redemption and Purchase in the Manner therein flated, the Jeueral Sums of Money now charged in Great Britain as a Land Tax, for one Year, from the twenty-fifth Day of March one thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight Ibid.
