A verified petition having been filed in the above-entitled case by ROGELIO MARTICIO, herein petitioner and a resident of Barangay Inarado, Daraga, Albay, represented by his Attorney-In-Fact GERLY M. MIRABUNA of No. 085, Purok 2, Barangay Inarado, Daraga, Albay, thru counsel, praying, among others, that after due notice, publication and hearing, to order and direct the Register of Deeds of Albay to reconstitute the Original Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-50425 on file with the Register of Deeds for Lot No. 2064-C-1 in the name

of the petitioner, in exactly the same terms conditions, and once accomplished, the Registrar be further ordered and directed to issue a new owner's duplicate of the same certificate of title in lieu of one that is now existing. The Lot covered by Original Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-50425 is described as follows:

"A parcel of land (Lot No. 2064-C-1 of the subdivision plan, Psd-05-000514, being a portion of Lot No. 2064-C (LRC) Psd-200370, L.R.C. Cad. Record No. 334), situated in Barrio of Poblacion, Municipality of Daraga, Province of Albay, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., points 1-2 by Lot 2064-0, on the E., points 2-3 by Lot 2063-1 all of (LRC) Psd-200370; points 3-4, by Lot 2064-C-2 of the subdivision plan; on the SW., points 4-5, by Creek, on the W., points 5-1, by Lot 2064-D Psd-200370. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 30 deg. 56' E., 144.68 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Albay Cadastre; thence S. 88 deg. 10' E., 9.37 m. to point 2; thence S. 9 deg. 40' W., 10.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 02 deg. 03' E., 7.42 m. to point 4; thence N. 76 deg. 14' W., 9.00 m. to point 5; thence N. 02 deg. 56' E., 15.46 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of One Hundred Forty Two (142) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Points 1, 2, 3 and 5 by Old P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. And the rest by P.S. Cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm., bearings true; declination 0 deg. 55' E., date of Original Survey, Nov. 1914April 1920 and that of the Subdivision Survey, executed by Cristobal O. Pama, Geodetic Engineer on Nov. 22, 1974, and that of approval on Feb. 24, 1975."

You are hereby served this notice to appear before this Court at its session to be held at Regional Trial Court, Branch 1, Legazpi City on the 15th day of May, 2013 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning, then and there to present such claims as you may have to said Lot No. 2064-C-1 or any portion thereof, and to submit evidence in support of such claim; and unless you appear at said Court at the time and place aforesaid, your default will be recorded and the petition for reconstitution of the Original Certificate of Title No. T-50425, covering Lot No. 2064C-1, in the name of Rogelio Marticio married to Hermelina Natad, will be adjudicated and determined in accordance with law and the evidence before the Court, and thereafter you will forever be barred from contesting said petition or any decree entered thereon.

Let this Notice be published at the expense of the petitioner, twice in successive issues of the Official Gazette, and likewise be posted at the main entrance/ bulletin board of the Albay Provincial Capitol Building, at the main entrance/bulletin board

City, Cagayan; (c) Office of the Registry of Deeds of Cagayan; and (d) Barangay Hall where the property is located at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of initial hearing.

Petitioner is further directed to serve a copy of this order to the registered owner or his heirs, all the adjoining lot owners or their respective heirs and assigns, and all other persons who may have interest on the title subject of this petition and thereafter file an affidavit of service as proof of compliance hereto.

Let a copy of this Order be furnished to the petitioner, other co-owners, occupants or person in possession, all adjoining lot owners, other persons who may have interest over the property, the Register of Deeds of the Province of Cagayan, the Regional Executive Director of Department of Natural Resources - Region 2, the Land Registration Authority, Quezon City and the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City.

deceased Spouses Alejo Punzalan and Maria Campano, the registered owners of a parcel of land covered by the said Transfer Certificate of Title. The total area of this land is Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight (778) square meters, more or less, and is situated in Brgy. Wawa, Rosario, Cavite.

This parcel of land is bounded as follows: by Lot No. 809 owned by Marcelino Hebreo; Lot No. 806 owned by Romeo Abueg and Cecilia Profeta; Lot No. 803 owned by Getulio Legaspi; and Lot No. 811 owned by Regidor E. Pugay. The said adjacent owners are all residing in Brgy. Wawa, Rosario, Cavite.

Notice is hereby given that the petition is set for hearing on March 22, 2013, at 8:30 o'clock in the morning, before this Court, on which date, hour and place, all interested parties may appear and show cause why the same should not be granted.

The petition being sufficient in form and substance, let the same be set for hearing on March 7, 2013 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning, on which date, hour and place, any person interested may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted. At their expense, petitioners are directed to have this Order published once in two (2) successive issues of the Official Gazette and cause the posting thereof in the bulletin board of the Provincial Capitol Bldg., Trece Martires City, Municipal Building of Naic, Cavite and in the Bulletin Board of this Court for at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of hearing pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 26.

Let this Notice be published twice at the expense of the petitioner in the Official Gazette and furnish copies of this Notice as well as the petition to the Office of the Solicitor General, the Land Registration comply with the provisions of LRA Circular Authority and the afore-mentioned owners of the adjoining lots.

Likewise, let a copy of this Notice be posted in the Provincial Capitol Building, the City Hall of Cavite City and in the Barangay Hall of the barangay where the property is located.

Original Certificate of Title No. O-4084

Petitioners are likewise directed to

No. 35 dated June 13, 1983, wherein it is mandated that the signed duplicate copy of the petition to be forwarded to the LRA shall be accompanied by a duly prepared plan of said parcel of land in tracing cloth with two blue print copies thereof prepared by the government agency which issued the certified technical description, or by a duly licensed Geodetic Engineer who shall certify thereon that he prepared the same on the basis of a duly certified technical description. It shall also be accompanied by the original of the technical description of said parcel of land covered by the Certificate of Title, duly certified by the authorized officer of the Bureau of Land or the LRA who issued the technical description, and a signed copy of the Certification of the Register of Deeds concerned that the original of the certificate of title on file to the Registry was either lost or destroyed.

Let copy of this Order be furnished the Land Registration Authority, Quezon City, Register of Deeds of Cavite Province and

Filed before this Court by Jose Vicente T. Medrano, through counsel is a verified petition for Cancellation of the Old Decree, for Re: Issuance of Decree and for Issuance of Original Certificate of Title Pursuant to the Re: Issuance Decree of Lot No. 4079, situated at Agus, Lapu-Lapu City, with an area of 679 square meters.

Finding the petition to be sufficient both in form and substance, It is Hereby Ordered that said petition for Cancellation of Old Decree, for Re: Issuance of Decree, etc., be set for hearing on May 9, 2013 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, located at Hall of Justice, Purok, Lapu-Lapu City.

The Branch Clerk of Court of this Court shall, at the expense of herein petitioner, cause the Notice of hearing at the petition to be published twice in successive issues of the Official Gazette and the posting of copies thereof at the main entrance of the Hall of Justice, the City Hall and at a public conspicuous place where the land is situated, all of Lapu-Lapu City Hall and at
