Adverting to the present amount of the unappropriated commercial profits of the Company, (viz. £1,898,448) the Court propose that the bills above mentioned shall be paid from that source, and they accordingly request the Board's sanction for that purpose, as on former occasions, agreeable to the 57th section of the Act 53 Geo.
