On trouvera quelques exemplaires de cette publication périodique reliés avec un titre et une table des matières. Ce titre et cette table ont été imprimés à petit nombre aux frais d'un bibliophile [E. C. Taintor] qui les a distribués à ses amis. Papers on China furent réunis à Notes and Queries on China and Japan par Mr. C. Langdon Davies, successeur de Mr. C. A. Saint, propriétaire de ces deux journaux et le premier numéro de la nouvelle publication qui forme le Volume IV de Notes and Queries parut le 15 Février 1870 sous le titre de Notes and Queries on China and Japan. A Monthly Medium of intercommunication for professional and literary men, missionaries, and Residents in the East generally (with which is incorporated Papers on China). [Voir supra.]
