9. Petitioner is not opposed to organized government or affiliated with any association or group of persons who uphold and teach doctrines opposing all organized government; that he does not defend or teach the necessity of propriety of violence, personal assault, or assassination for the success or predominance of their ideals, that he is not a polygamist or a believer in polygamy or in the practice of polygamy; that he is not suffering from mental alienation or incurable contagious disease and that, he is not a citizen or subject of a nation at war with the Philippines;

10. It is his intention in good faith to become a citizen of the Philippines and to renounce absolutely and forever allegiance and fidelity to any foreign state or sovereignty, if this petition is granted, particularly to the United Kingdom (Great Britain) of which at this time he is a citizen or subject and that he will reside in the Philippines continuously from the date of filing of this petition up to the time his admission to the Philippines citizenship; A copy of petitioner's Declaration of Intention to be Admitted as Citizen of the Philippines is hereto attached as Annex B.

11. Petitioner has not heretofore made any petition for citizenship before any court.

12. That Atty. Rachel P. ZozobradoNagayo and Atty. Alfred T. Tan, both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Davao City, will appear before this Honorable Court and testify as witnesses during the hearing of this petition;

13. That attached hereto as Annex "C", "D", and "E" respectively, are the following: Affidavit of Witnesses and two (2) photographs of the petitioner duly autographed or signed; and

14. Petitioner obtained his secondary and tertiary education in schools duly recognized by the Philippine government and not limited to any race or nationality, for which reason he is exempt from filing

same are true and correct based on my personal knowledge and authentic records on hand.

I hereby certify that I have commenced any other action or filed any claim involving the same issues in this case in any court, tribunal or agency. To the best of my knowledge, no such action or proceeding is pending therein. If I should thereafter learn that the same or similar claims has been filed or is pending before another court, tribunal or agency, I will immediately report the fact within five (5) days to this Honorable Court.
