Whereas, you are hereby given notice. that this case will be heard by this Court, Regional Trial Court, Branch 54, 3rd floor, Hall of Justice Bldg. Lapu-Lapu City Philippines on the 28th November 2012 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning.

Let this notice be published at the expense of the petitioner for three (3) consecutive issues in the Official Gazette and once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the city and province of Cebu, where the petitioner resides, the last publication not later than six (6) months from the date of hearing. Also, let the said petition be posted in a public and conspicuous place of Lapulapu City hall, Hall of Justice Building, Lapulapu City and Provincial Capitol, Cebu City.

Abrenica and Atty. F. Meynardo T. Carreon of Abrenica and Carreon Law Offices of 21-B Abad Santos St., Industrial Valley Subd., Barangay IVC, Marikina City. "WHEREAS, a Petition for Naturalization dated February 4, 2011, pursuant to Commonwealth Act No. 473 as amended has been presented in this Court by the above named petitioner, assisted by counsel, praying that he admitted as citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, copy of which Petition together with the enclosures therein, consisting of petitioner's photos. WHEREFORE, you are hereby given notice that this Court will hear the said Petition on October 10, 2012 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning.

Let this notice together with the copy of the Petition and its Annexes be published at the expense of the petitioner in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks and in the Official Gazette for three (3) consecutive issues thereof and be posted in a public and conspicuous place in the Office of the Clerk of Court.

2. Prior to the aforementioned date, Petitioner and his family have resided at No. 4 Dahlia St., Tomasa Subd., Barangay Ususan, Taguig City, Metro Manila since February 2007; and before that at No. 9 Martires Del 96, Pateros, Metro Manila from June 2001 to April 2003;

2.1. Petitioner had also resided on the following:

under a firm and trade name ORDENT TRADING with office address at Room 705, Mega and Land Building, ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City;

6. Petitioner is officially known in Pakistan, the country of his birth, as HANIF IMRAN, and this was the name which he used when he first entered and arrived in the Philippines on August 10, 1994 coming from

2.1.1. 14 Rd 9, Barangay Pag Asa, Singapore on board Flight No. PR 502 – Quezon City,

2.1.2. Blk 118, Lot 7 R. Magsaysay St., Zone 2, Brgy. Rizal, Makati City from August 2000 to June 2001,

2.1.3. No. 27 Burol Main, Dasmariñas, Cavite

3. Petitioner is presently 44 years old, born at Sialkot, Pakistan on October 15, 1966 to parents Muhamad Hanif and Rashida Begun and he is the oldest among their seven children;

4. Petitioner is of brown complexion, black eyes, medium built, measuring 170.6 cm in height and weighing 76 kilos, with no distinguishing marks on his face, evidenced by four (4) photographs herein attached as Annexes "A" - series;

5. Petitioner is a businessman by Occupation and profession and is the President of two (2) corporations duly registered in accordance with Philippine laws namely:

5.1. SURGICOM TRADING CORPORATION, engaged in trading of Medical Instruments with office address at No.

Philippine Airlines, with Pakistani Passport No. F804339, evidenced by an original copy of a CERTIFICATION issued by the Bureau of Immigration dated March 2, 2007, (Attached as Annex "C" in the initial petition being amended) hereto attached is a copy of the original as Annex "B";

6.1. However, the family name MUGHAL is not being used in the legal documents in Pakistan hence the name that appeared in his passport is HANIF IMRAM only;

7. From August 10, 1994 Petitioner has continuously stayed and resided in the Philippines up to the present. In between those years, Petitioner went on a few visits to Pakistan at an average stay thereat of one (1) month, and on several occasions on business trips abroad to other countries;

8. Petitioner got himself enrolled at Dela Salle University, Dasmariñas, Cavite where he finished his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 1998. While studying thereat, Petitioner resided at No. 27 Burol Main Dasmariñas, Cavite;

9. Having loved this country 16, Sampaguita St., Tomasa Subd., Philippines, so much, Petitioner decided to Ususan, Taguig City, and

5.2. OLTEN INSTRUMENTS PHILIPPINES, engaged in the trading of Medical and Dental Disposable Products with business address at 1312 Rizal Avenue, Sta. Cruz Manila;

5.3. On the other hand, Petitioner's wife Maria Cecilia Dasalla-Mughal is in the business of trading of Dental and Orthodontics Supplies doing business

stay and accepted an offer to teach at said Dela Salle University, Dasmariñas, Cavite, where he taught Computer subjects for one (1) year, after complying with all the requirements or requisites needed under Philippine Laws as regards said work or employment. He pursued further his studies thereat and took up Master of Arts in Mathematics. In all these times, Petitioner was staying at No. 27 Burol Main Dasmariñas, Cavite from 1994 to 1999;

10. In the course of his stay in the Philippines, Petitioner met his wife MARIA CECILIA DASALLA who was born on September 16, 1977 at Quezon City and was then residing at Block 118, Lot 7, R. Magsaysay St., Zone 2, Brgy. Rizal, Makati City sometime in October 1999. Petitioner fell in love with her, courted and thereafter married her at the Manila Islamic Center

located at No. 2 645 C Palanca St., Quiapo, Manila on December 23, 2000. Officiated by ALIM ABDUL MAJID GOLING, evidenced by a Marriage Contract issued by the Civil Registry of Manila and National Statistics Office (NSO) hereto attached as Annexes "C" and "C-1" respectively;

11. After more than eight (8) years of marriage to his wife MARIA CECILIA, Petitioner and wife were blessed with three (3) lovely daughters and one (1) handsome bouncing baby boy, all of whom were born in the Philippines, namely:

11.1. ZERWA ISABEL MUGHAL, Seven (9) years old, born on July 16, 2001;

11.2. AISHA GRACE MUGHAL, five (7) years old, born on August 29, 2003;

11.3. ALINAH RUTH MUGHAL, three (5) years old, born on August 1, 2005; and

11.4. SHUJAH IBRAHIM MUGHAL, ONE (2) years old, born on March 9, 2008;

Photo-copies of their respective birth certificates are herein attached as Annexes "D", "D-1", "D-2" and "D-3";

12. All of Petitioner's children are presently enrolled in private schools recognized by the Department of Education of the Philippines, where Philippine History, government and civic are taught and/or prescribed as part of their school curriculum, as follows:

12.1. ZERWA ISABEL MUGHAL will be in Grade 5 at Collegio de San Agustin located at Dasmariñas Village, Makati City;

12.2. AISHA GRACE MUGHAL is in Grade 2 at Colegio de San Agustin located at Dasmariñas Village, Makati City;

13.1 He is more than twenty one (21) years old and has resided continuously in the Philippines for almost seventeen (17) evidenced by the years, aforementioned CERTIFICATION issued by the Bureau of Immigration (Annex “B”);

13.2 Petitioner is a person of good moral character and believes in the principles underlying the Philippine Constitution, and has conducted himself in a proper and irreproachable manner during his entire period of residence in the Philippines in his relation with the duly constituted government as well as with the community in which he is living, evidenced by two (2) AFFIDAVITS OF FACTS of credible persons and MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (Original of which is attached as Annex "J" to the initial Petition) issued by Pasig General Hospital on November 3, 2010 hereto attached as Annexes "E", "F", and "G";

13.2.1. Petitioner is an active member of the Rotary Club uptown Cubao. Quezon City, under Rotary International District 3780, and its President last Rotary Year 2006-2007;

13.2.2 He is also a member of the now inactive WENESDAY FORUM CLUB, a civic organization composed of some high ranking government officials and celebrated and respectable businessmen and professionals, under of the Chairmanship former Presidential Assistant on Political Coalition, Office of the President, Malacañang Palace, Undersecretary, Chairman MMDA, and Past Rotary District Governor Oscar Inocentes, Sr.,
