L. 93-167, Nov. 29, 1973 This Act prohibits the introduction into commerce of any imitation political or numismatic items that are not marked with the date of manufacture. The purpose of this Act is to protect the value of original political and numismatic items. The Federal Trade Commission, the agency responsible for enforcing this Act, has promulgated regulations which detail the marking requirements for these items. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT REFORM ACT: 40 U.S.C. §§ 11101-11103, 11301 -11303, 11311-11318, 11331-11332, 11501-11502, 11521-11522, 11701-11704 Synopsis: The ITMRA, now known as the Clinger-Cohen Act, requires the heads of Federal agencies to link information technology investments to agency accomplishments. The Clinger-Cohen Act also requires that agency heads establish a process to select, manage, and control their information technology investments.
