Cardenal Arzobispo de Toledo,) y que quando llegaran las expediciones de la corte de Roma se reconociesen si eran las mismas que se habian pedido por mano de los prelados; poniéndose en este caso á cada una la nota de obtenido, segun el Real método, para que con ella, y no de otro modo, pudieran ser admitidas en los tribunales de los provisores ó vicarios generales para su execucion. A fin de que la tuviese esta soberana resolucion se expedió en 7 de Setiembre de 1806 la correspondiente Real cédula, encargando su cumplimiento a los tribunales y justicias del reyno, y á los M. RR. arzobispos, RR. obispos y demas prelados eclesiásticos seculares y regulares de estos reynos que cuidasen de su puntual observancia, disponiendo que para precaver abusos en esta materia se enterase de lo resuelto á sus respectivos súbditos. Advirtiendo ahora el consejo la inobservancia de estas Reales resoluciones por los breves que se le han presentado solicitando su pase para perpetua secularizacion, y ob tener beneficios eclesiásticos sin las circunstancias y requisitos prevenidos en ellas, ha tenido à bien acordar que se retengan , dichos breves : que para evitar en lo sucesivo, tales contravenciones se re-encargue por cire, cular su puntual cumplimiento, haciéndose saber á los procuradores del consejo que en lo sucesivo no admitan recurso alguno sobre el pase de gracias Pontificias; y a D.
