m' Sherif Gambling made return of the precepts given for Kingston & Dover: and that Capt Paul Gerrish was Legally Chosen a Representative for the Town of Dover in the roome of Capt Benjamin Wentworth Deceas'd and that m' Ebenezer Stephens was chosen at Kingston in ye Roome of Samuell Eastman Esq Deceas'd

[P. 40.] Capt Paul Gerrish and m2 Ebenezer Stephens were presend the Board to be quallified as Me'bers of the lower house Which was accordingly Don and they return'd and took their places.
