6. I migrated to the Philippines from Sydney, Australia on the vessel QF019. My last foreign residence was 19 Awatea Rd., St. Ives, New South Wales, Australia. I arrived at the port of Manila on or about 31st day of January 1987 as shown by the attached certificate of arrival or landing certificate of residence;

7. I have resided continuously in the Philippines for a term of 21 years at least, immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit: since 1987 and in the municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales for a term of one (1) year at least, immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit: since the year 1987;

8. I am able to speak and write English and a little Tagalog;

9. I am the owner of Rama International Beach Resort located at Binoclutan, Botolan, Zambales, Philippines.

10. I have enrolled my child in Iba Kiddyland Montessori School, Iba, Zambales;

11. I am entitled to the benefit of Section 3 of Commonwealth Act No. 473, which reduces to five (5) years the ten (10) years on continuous residence required by paragraph two (2) of Section 2 of said Act that if you married a Filipino woman, you can apply to be a naturalized Filipino. citizen;

12. I believe in the principles underlying the Philippine Constitution. I have conducted myself in a proper and irreproachable manner during the entire period of my residence in the Philippines in my relations with the constituted Government as well as with the community in which I am living. I have mingled socially the Filipinos, and have evinced a sincere desire to learn and embrace the customs, traditions, ideals of the Filipinos. I have all the qualifications required under Section 2, and none of the disqualifications under Section 4 of the Commonwealth Act No. 473; 13. I am not opposed to organized government or affiliated with any association or group of persons who uphold and teach doctrines opposing all organized governments. I am not defending or teaching the necessity or propriety of violence, personal assault, or assassination for the success and predominance of men's ideas. I am not polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy. I have not been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude. I am not suffering from any incurable contagious disease. The nation of which I am citizen or subject is not at war with the Philippines.

14. It is my intention in good faith to become a citizen of the Philippines and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and fidelity to my foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to Australia of which at this time I am a citizen or subject. I will reside continuously in the Philippines from the date of the filing of my petition up to the time of my admission to Philippine citizenship.

15. I have not heretofore made petition for citizenship to any court.
