A verified petition was filed by the petitioner through counsel praying that after due notice, publication and hearing, an order be issued directing the respondents to cancel the old decree (Decree No. 223879) and directing the re-issuance of a new one and thereafter, ordering the Registrar of Deeds of Tarlac Province, to register the new decree in its Registration Book, and thereafter, to issue the corresponding original certificate of title pertaining thereto.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the petition is hereby set for hearing on November 18, 2013 at 8:30 o'clock in the morning at which date, time and place, all persons who may have interest may appear to show cause why the petition should not be granted or may file opposition in writing on or before the hearing date stating the ground thereof.

Let a copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner twice in successive issues of the Official Gazette at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of hearing and that other copies of said order

Let copies of this Order be published twice in successive issues of the Official Gazette and another copy thereof be posted in the premises of the subject property, the main entrance of the Provincial Capitol at Iba, Zambales and at the entrance of the Municipal Building of San Narciso, Zambales where the land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-6931 is located.
