THIS TITLE

Title 7-AGRICULTURE is composed of sixteen volumes. The parts in these volumes are arranged in the following order: Parts 0-45, Parts 46-51, Part 52, Parts 53-209, Parts 210-299, Parts 300–399, Parts 400–699, Parts 700-899, Parts 900– 999, Parts 1000-1059, Parts 1060-1119, Parts 1120-1199, Parts 1200-1499, Parts 1500-1899, Parts 1900-1944, and Parts 1945-end. The contents of these volumes represent all current regulations codified under this title of the CFR as of January 1, 1983.

An alphabetical list of U.S. standards for grades of processed fruits, vegetables and certain other products appears in the Finding Aids section of the volume containing Part 52.

The Food and Nutrition Service current regulations in the volume containing Parts 210-299, include the Child Nutrition Programs and the Food Stamp Program. The regulations of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation are found in the volume containing 400-699 and include a list of counties and crops eligible for insurance as appendices to § 401.101.

All marketing agreements and orders for fruits, vegetables and nuts appear in the volume containing Parts 900-999. All marketing agreements and orders for milk appear in the two volumes containing Parts 1000-1199. Part 900-General Regulations is carried as a note in each of the three volumes containing Parts 1000-1199, and Part 1000-General Provisions of Federal Milk Marketing Orders is carried as a note in each of the two volumes containing Parts 1060-1199, as a convenience to the user.
