A compilation of security rules and regulations for the various departments and agencies of the U.S. Government is presented for the first time in the following pages. This appendix, which is printed in two volumes, is part of the hearing record of February 20 and 26, and March 12, 1963. Witnesses at those hearings were security officials of the departments and agencies who furnished the Internal Security Subcommittee with this material in conjunction with their testimony.
