NEW BUILDING AND ELECTRONIC DATA-PROCESSING EQUIPMENT In the Commission's budget for fiscal 1966 the Congress appropriated funds for relocation of offices in Washington, D.C. Shortly after the end of the 1965 fiscal year, the General Services Administration signed a lease for a new eight story office building on North Capitol Street, a location near Union Station and easily accessible to the public. This building will house all of the Commission's Washington activities, including the Washington Regional Office. After the relocation of offices, a computer system and related equipment will be installed in the new building. This electronic dataprocessing equipment will initially be used for record keeping and agency administrative functions. Later, it will also be employed in the Commission's regulatory work, including economic studies and surveillance of the markets.
