Transferred Regulations-Food Safety and Quality Service

List of CFR Sections Affected

At 42 FR 32514, June 27, 1977, a new Chapter XXVIII-Food Safety and Quality Service, Department of Agriculture, was established, and regulations were transferred from Chapter I-Agricultural Marketing Service, Department of Agriculture. At 46 FR 63203, Dec. 31, 1981, regulations issued by the Food Safety and Quality Service were subsequently transferred to Chapter I-Agricultural Marketing Service.

All sections in former Chapter XXVIII-Food Safety and Quality Service, which were affected by documents published in the Federal Register from June 27, 1977, to December 31, 1981, are enumerated in the following list.
